Rooted in your own lived experience, you’ll create drawings that arise from embodied movement, sensation, and intuitive response. Guided by artist and somatic drawing practitioner Elizabeth Castagna, this beginner-friendly workshop invites you to explore process over product.

Celebrate spring with a sweet embroidery project—and a new set of skills. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn foundational stitches while creating a playful gingham “picnic” scene inspired by spring produce.
